Happy St Patrick's Day 2013 from Joy-A-Len Bouviers.
Lee Ann and Sydney ran in the St Patrick's Breathe Easy 5K for Cystic Fibrosis in Coloma, Michigan with a time of 31 minutes and 30 seconds. It was my very first 5K race. I was determined to lose some weight after two kids and started using Herbalife Meal Replacement Shakes. I lost 30 pounds in three months. There was also 300+ miles on my treadmill but after all that time and effort I wanted to try a race. Maybe now I can keep up with Sydney on an agility course!

Watch.... Charge... Pounce ~ Sydney likes playing in the water!
She is from Joy-A-Len's Undaunted Cruiser & Adele's Zoe. Rivzo Bouviers in Dresdan, Ontario.
	Sydney's first show was a UKC show in Stevensville Michigan. She was entered in the Novice Puppy Class.
Sydney earning her first Reserve Best in Show at 16 months old.
Camping with your Joy-A-Len Bouviers
	Scott and Lee Ann went camping with the Sundowners 4x4 Club of Kalamazoo the end of June 2008. There were 15 people in our group and 7 dogs... 5 Bouviers and 2 Labs Pandora, Maggie, Cruiser, Echo and Sydney. Cruiser and Echo made sure that breakfast was handled properly!
Sydney was very well behave for a 10 week old puppy. She is out of Joy-A-Len's Undaunted Cruiser and Adele's Zoe.
	But when we got home everyone was tired from an exciting weekend and napped! Cruiser and Echo are in the back, Maggie is to the right under the table, and Pandora and Sydney are in the forefront.

Scott has a degree as a Manufacturing Engineer in Heavy Equipment and works as a Field Service Technician for West Side Tractor Sales of Indiana in South Bend, Indiana. Lee Ann has a Bacholors Degree in Computer Information Systems. She was employed by the Berrien Regional Education Service Agency as a Computer Programmer for 10 years. Now she stays home with Nicole and Lucas. Scott and Lee Ann live in Coloma, Michigan with their Bouviers Maggie, Cruiser, Echo and Sydney.. Lee Ann does occassional dog grooming and can be found teaching training classes at Echo Dog Club in Buchanan, Michigan. To contact, her e-mail address is: leemu@hotmail.com

Here are our dogs watching Scott do some body work on his 1978 Toyota Land Cruiser in the garage. They always have to be with us!

"Guarding the Yard ... while Gardening"
Maggie, Taffy, Cruiser, Echo and Pandora enjoyed a sunny afternoon while Lee Ann worked in her gardens.

Echo keeps watch from within .... while Maggie is invading from above! Rabbits, squirrels and chipmunks are not safe in a Bouvier's Yard!
	Maggie chased a chipmunk down into its hole and decided to go in after it.

Lee Ann's dogs love playing outside in the yard... even if the yard is buried under 3 feet of snow.
	Cruiser Dirty Beard or Chilly Beard?
At 11 years old, Pandora, is not impressed with all the snow...
Even if it is a bit deep!
	However, the dogs are spoiled and a path was shoveled through the yard for them.
Cruiser...where has your nose been?
Echo moves so fast... even the camera has a hard time catching her!

"Where are we going and what are we going to fix?"

In typical Bouvier fashion...
Cruiser likes to follow Scott everywhere.

Cruiser earned his Novice Agility Preferred title
at the St Joe Valley Agility Trial on a Rainy September Day 2006.

Lee Ann is currently the president of Echo Dog Club and St Joe Valley Agility.
She has also been Show Chairman for several UKC Conforamtion Shows hosted by Echo Dog Club.

She likes to carry around a dog dish in hopes someone will put something in it for her.

In order to be a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator, one must be approved by the American Kennel Club. This is based primarily on a person's training skills with a variety of breeds and their ability to work with people. Lee Ann is a regular instructor of Dog Obedience Classes and Conformation Classes at ECHO Club in Buchanan, Michigan.

	Scott and his new puppy "Cruiser"! (They are sitting in a 1978 Toyota Land Cruiser and, yes, the puppy was named after the truck.) He is a Goldie / Willem Baby from their September 2003 litter.

Lee Ann has finally converted Scott into an official Joy-A-Len Bouvier Lover.
Scott now has his own puppy ~ "Cruiser".

	UKC - Michigan American Pit Bull Terrier Club Show - Sept 13 & 14, 2003 Cdn CH, UKC GRCH Joy-A-Len's Jade Gypsy UAGI, UAGII, UACH, UCD, UFO, NAP, NJP, OAP, OJP, AM CD, CGC, Cdn CD, ASCA CD "Maggie" took Best Grand Champion, Best of Breed and Group 2nd at both shows on Sunday.
Maggie earned her spot in the UKC Top Ten with this day of shows. She won Best of Breed twice and a Group 1st win. She earned enough points to rank #4 on the UKC Top Ten Bouviers.

Pandora is always sticking her nose where it doesn't belong.... however, she hasn't learned to remove the evidence from her beard yet!

Maggie's first Canadian shows were very successful. She was entered in 8 shows in which she started and finished her Canadian Championship.

Pandora also accomplished her goal of earning her Canadian Companion Dog (CD) Obedience title. She was entered in 6 trials and needed to qualify three times to earn her CD. UKC CH Joy-A-Len's Utter Pandemonium Am Can UKC CD CGC Thank you to Mrs. Carol Mett for awarding Pandora her third passing score in Novice B. Pandora completed her Companion Dog (CD) obedience title in one weekend at the Kentuckiana Cluster in March 2001.
